SHIPPING

UK-

All U.K. orders (excluding art prints) will be sent via 48hr Tracked Royal Mail.
All art prints will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class (3-4 working days) unless a shipping upgrade option is chosen upon checkout.

International-

All international orders ( I ship to U.S/Canada & Australia only) will be sent via the Royal Mail International Tracked service to provide peace of mind and ensure that you are able to track the progress of your order.

DELAYS/LOSS OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please allow 7 working days for UK orders and 14 working days for international orders from the time that your order was shipped before getting in touch. Most delayed orders still arrive and it’s very rare that they have to be reported as lost. If you think that your order may have gone missing, please get in touch via the contact form provided and be sure to include your full name, address and order number and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Damaged items -

If your order has arrived damaged then please get in touch via email : info@houseofhiddenhorrors.com Please provide your full name, address, order number and photographs of the damaged item and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns -

As all artwork is original and unique, I do not accept returns unless your order has arrived damaged.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS & MYSTERY BOXES

All made to order items (including mystery boxes) come with an additional processing time. Please allow up to 8 working days for dispatch from the time of placing an order. Working days and hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Please note that due to the volume of mystery box orders, I cannot guarantee that there won’t be duplicate items should repeat orders be purchased. I do my best to ensure that new stock is regularly created for these and try to add different items for repeat customers.

DISPATCH TIMES -

All orders (excluding made to order) will be dispatched on the first working day after the order is placed. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. All art prints are made to order so please allow at least 5 working days before dispatch. If multiple purchases are placed, all items will be sent together.
